Imagine Christmas, New Orleans

Mary Robinson along with Jenny Fitzpatrick, Jaimee Newberry and Jaclyn Mack spent 4 days reaching out to children in New Orleans. They helped a church about Christ Center's size to reach more than 10,000 people.

What an awesome time for all who attended! Sunday night December 11, these kids gave their best to tell the Christmas story in a new way. Through the ages folks look for hope and answers in tough times...Jesus is here--Emanuel, God with us. Thanks for all who attended and thanks kids for your great work of preparation and performance.

Precious Loved Ones in Christ: Joyce and I, along with all the staff, would like to thank you for the flood of encouragement and generosity we received during Pastors’ Appreciation Month. Below is a personal thanks from each one. Knowing that you regularly lift us all up in prayer is a source of incredible strength. Your love and acceptance have provided for us a cocoon of peace in which to raise our children, and now enjoy our first grand child. As you gather with family and friends during the holiday season be reminded Jesus will never leave you or forsake you. May you have the most blessed celebration of the Savior’s birth. Friends, thanks so much for being with us and behind us in ministry to kids both in the church and the community--as well as to our own kids. Anna is in college here at WVC. Matt and Jessica are very happily married and studying at Eastern Washington University. Nathan had been an Electrical Engineer in Bremerton till he took off on an adventure in Mexico. Mary continues work with Young Life, besides being our Sunday preschool head teacher, Kid musical director and my inspiration. Taking on the position of Presbyter for the Okanogan Section has challenged me this year and extended my scope of service to many pastors in our area. Thanks for joining us and giving your many expressions of support and appreciation. — The Robinsons
